Terms & Conditions
By commissioning the artist, the client confirms that they accept all stated terms and conditions. The artist also has the right to refuse any request, based on workload and how well they believe they can carry out the client's wish.
✪ Permissions and use of the image:
● The artist has full rights to share the process / finished drawing on social medias. (unless you pay for anonymity)
● The client has full NON-COMMERCIAL rights to the work, please contact the artist for commercial requests.
(when sharing the work on your social networks you must indicate that it was made by me)
● You do not have permission to benefit from my work unless there is a previously stipulated agreement.
● You can't use my images to train AI
✪ Payment:
● Please be sure you have the money before contacting.
● Payments shall be made before the artist starts on the drawing, and shall be paid through an invoice by providing your email.
● I work on a first come, first serve basis unless. If I have several enquiries at once, I queue it based on what order I've been paid in.

● Full payment upfront (Paypal only). No Refunds.
● Once I approve your commission request, I will send your budget and once I receive the payment, I will start working.
✪ General:
● When requesting a commission, they indicate that you agree with everything stipulated here.
● I'll send you the process, so you can ask me for 3 free changes during the process (sketch and flat color). IF you ask me for more than 3 changes, I'll charge you extra. You can't completely change the pose.
● The delivery time will depend on the place you have in line, your place will be assigned when you make the payment.
● You can see your place at all times in my Trello
● I reserve the right to terminate any conversation that does not result in a paid commission.
● Please, be specific and concise with your commissions send references. Any remaining space will be left to the artist's decision.
● You should know that the terms and conditions may be subject to changes and/or updates in the future.
● Neither of the two will disclose any information of the other person, especially personal information that may be revealed in the economic transaction carried out.
